Will ensure justice for daughter of Uttarakhand: CM Dhami | India News

DEHRADUN: A day after the Supreme Courtroom acquitted three males sentenced to loss of life by a trial courtroom in 2014 — later upheld by the Delhi excessive courtroom — for the gangrape and homicide of a 19-year-old girl, a resident of Uttarakhand, within the nationwide capital’s Chhawla space in 2012, chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami stated he “spoke to Union legislation minister Kiren Rijiju and lawyer Charu Khanna, who was dealing with the case”, over the telephone on Tuesday, stories Kautilya Singh.
“She was a daughter of Uttarakhand and the nation. I’ve spoken to individuals involved relating to the case. We are going to do every part to make sure she will get justice,” Dhami stated.
A bench of Chief Justice of India U U Lalit and Justices S Ravindra Bhat and Bela M Trivedi had acquitted three males, Ravi Kumar, Rahul and Vinod, sustaining that prosecution, “whose case rested on circumstantial proof”, had didn’t show it. The three males have been accused of abducting, gangraping and brutally killing the lady whose mutilated physique was discovered three days after the crime.
