During this time, he also took his class 12th examinations and regularly attended all major tests.

When Maulik Patel was in Class 11, he felt pain while urinating. Doctors found a tumour, which turned out to be a type of cancer called sarcoma. Maulik had to go through lots of chemotherapy and radiation treatments. He even had a big surgery in June 2022. But he kept going, and his bravery has inspired many.

Despite facing so many health challenges, he did well in school. In June 2022, he had a major surgery. Even though he knew about the cancer, he didn’t expect this surgery. His doctors were worried he might lose his bladder, but luckily, everything went fine. He had to have chemotherapy for three to four hours every day.
