The district administration on Friday said that the official Mysuru Dasara 2025 website, which will provide updates on the festivities, slated to be held from September 22 to October 2, has been launched.
The portal will serve as a one-stop source of information on the programmes, cultural events, and major attractions lined up as part of the world-famous celebrations.
With the State government planning to host the festivities on a grand scale this year, the website was officially unveiled on Friday by Minister in charge of Mysuru district H.C. Mahadevappa.
The website has been launched ahead of time, considering suggestions from the stakeholders.
Dasara Special Officer and Deputy Commissioner G. Lakshmikanth Reddy said in a press release that the public and tourists can use the website to stay updated on schedules and event details. The portal will also facilitate online booking of tickets for major attractions such as the Jamboo Savari and the Torchlight Parade, once they are announced.
